This project was extension of Futureward, my master thesis project. Continuing the partnership with the CICC, we sought to build an experimental facility in the spirit of Futureward.

The project focused on distilling Futureward’s many conceptual technological interventions down to three focused interventions (wall displays, artificial intelligence & advanced telepresence). Each of these interventions were to be explored in conjunction with a hardware partner and made to work together through the wholistic design of the patient room.

Though space for the project at TGH was preliminarily identified and hardware partners were prepared to participate, the project failed to raise enough money from donors to be able to proceed.
